Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Nurses As Entrepreneurs ("NAE," "we," "us," "our"), operated by Reconcile Care Management Services, PLLC, collects when you visit nursesasentrepreneurs.com or purchase any of our digital products, how we use that information, and what choices you have about it.
Short version: We collect your name, email, and purchase information to deliver what you buy and email you occasionally. We don't sell your data. We use trusted services (Stripe, Go High Level, Vercel, Supabase) to run the business, and they see your information as needed to do their job. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data anytime.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Name and email address — when you purchase a product or JumpStarter assessment, opt in to our email list, or contact us
- Payment information — when you purchase a product, Stripe processes your payment. We do NOT store your credit card number; Stripe handles it on PCI-compliant infrastructure.
- Quiz responses and tool inputs — if you complete an assessment, quiz, or interactive tool, we may store your answers to personalize your experience and email recommendations
- Emails you send us — when you reply to our emails or contact us with questions
Information collected automatically
- Basic usage data — pages visited, links clicked, time on site (via Vercel's built-in analytics)
- Device info — browser type, device type, IP address
- Cookies — small files stored on your device to remember things like whether you've already opted in to our email list, or whether you've purchased a particular product
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Deliver the digital products you purchase (send download links, grant access to interactive tools)
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Send you emails about your purchases, related products, and educational content relevant to nurse entrepreneurship
- Personalize recommendations based on quiz results or purchase history
- Improve our website and products based on what people actually use
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, dispute response, etc.)
3. Who Else Sees Your Information
We use trusted third-party services to operate the business. Each of them sees only the information necessary to do their specific job:
- Stripe — processes payments and handles credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy
- Go High Level (GHL) — stores your contact record and sends our emails. GHL's privacy policy
- Vercel — hosts our website and runs the checkout infrastructure. Vercel's privacy policy
- Supabase — stores your purchase records and the interactive tool data you save. Supabase's privacy policy
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or give your contact information to advertisers or third-party marketers. Ever.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.
4. Email Marketing
If you opt in to our email list (by taking a quiz, downloading a free resource, or purchasing a product), we may send you emails about related products, educational content, and occasional promotions.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list. We honor unsubscribes immediately.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to:
- Remember that you've opted in to our email list (so we don't ask again)
- Remember that you've purchased a particular product (so the paywall goes away)
- Save your progress in interactive tools during your session
We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or any kind of behavioral retargeting network. Most modern browsers let you block cookies if you prefer — though if you block them, you may need to re-opt-in and re-verify purchases.
6. Your Choices
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time (use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email)
- Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (except records we're required to keep for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes)
- Opt out of data collection by not submitting information and not using the site
To exercise any of these rights, email support@nursesasentrepreneurs.com from the email address associated with your account.
7. Children
Our Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, storing payment information only with PCI-compliant processors (Stripe), and limiting access to purchase records to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Visitors
NAE is based in the United States and our services are hosted in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
