Terms of Service

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nurses As Entrepreneurs website at nursesasentrepreneurs.com and any digital products, interactive tools, courses, or services offered through it ("the Service"). By accessing the Service or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Reconcile Care Management Services, PLLC ("RCMS," "we," "us," "our"), a Texas professional limited liability company doing business as Nurses As Entrepreneurs ("NAE"). Your credit card statement will show charges as RCMS PLLC.

2. What You're Buying

NAE sells digital products including but not limited to: downloadable ebooks, interactive web-based tools, worksheets, guides, and educational resources. All purchases are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of completing payment.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in any meaningful way, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, perceived lack of value, technical issues on the buyer's side, or failure to read the product description.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the product description, understand what you are purchasing, and agree that the transaction is final at the moment of payment.

Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, or the link does not work, contact us at support@nursesasentrepreneurs.com and we will re-send access. Delivery problems are resolved by re-sending access, not by refund.

4. License to Use Purchased Content

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal and business purposes. You MAY:

You MAY NOT:

Violation of this license terminates your access immediately, without refund, and may result in legal action.

5. Not Professional Advice

The content on this site and in our products is educational, not professional advice. Nothing provided by NAE or RCMS constitutes medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or professional consulting of any kind for your specific situation.

Our content is informed by Traci Johnson's 25+ years of nursing and forensic case management experience, but your individual circumstances require professional guidance from licensed attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, or other experts. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on our content.

6. No Guarantee of Business Results

NAE products are educational tools designed to help nurses think through entrepreneurship. We do not guarantee that purchasing, reading, or using our content will result in a successful business, income of any amount, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, timing, and countless other factors outside our control. Any testimonials or case studies on the site are individual experiences, not typical outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, interactive tools, ebooks, branding elements such as "Nurses As Entrepreneurs," "Excuse Busters," "JumpStarters," and "From Scrubs to Start-Ups," and all underlying code and design — is the property of RCMS PLLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCMS PLLC, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Your Account and Access

If you create an account or purchase a product requiring ongoing access (such as interactive tools), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share access with others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing purchased content with non-purchasers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers or posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
